Privacy notice for this page’s request form

This short notice covers the “Ask for a second look” form on this page. It works alongside the full Mortgage Dungeon Privacy Policy. It is not a substitute for the separate consumer privacy notice a licensed mortgage company may give you under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act if you apply for a loan.
Who we are
This page is part of Mortgage Dungeon, a brand operated by American Winter Live, LLC. Mortgage services are offered separately by Kimmer O'Reilly, NMLS #2398363, through NEXA Mortgage, LLC, doing business as NEXA Lending (NMLS #1660690), 5559 S Sossaman Rd, Bldg 1, Suite 101, Mesa, AZ 85212.
What we collect
- What you type into the form: name, email, phone number, state, the refinance you’re asking about, and any optional notes.
- Whether you checked the optional call/text consent box, the exact consent wording shown to you, and its version.
- Technical details sent with the form: the page address (including any campaign tags such as utm_source), the referring page, the time you sent it, how long the page was open, and your browser’s user-agent.
The savings checker runs only in your browser. Numbers you enter there are not sent to us. This page uses no third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. It stores a short list of recent submit times in your browser’s local storage to limit repeat submissions.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and discuss VA refinance options with you.
- To call or text you only if you checked the consent box. Otherwise we reply by email.
- To keep a record of your request and consent choice, and to prevent spam and abuse.
Form entries are stored in a private spreadsheet that only we can access.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with Kimmer O'Reilly and NEXA Lending to handle your request, with service providers that store the form data for us (Google), with parties to a mortgage transaction you choose to pursue, or when the law requires it.
Your choices and how to opt out
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
- To stop calls or emails, withdraw call/text consent, or ask us to delete your form entry, email koreilly@nexalending.com or call (509) 528-1992.
